The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, procurement, and project development, particularly within the power, energy, oil & gas, or chemical sectors. Duties

• Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction agreements.
• Draft equipment procurement agreements, including PV, BESS, or turbine procurement.
• Manage operations and maintenance agreements.
• Collaborate on long-term services and other development agreements.

Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex project developments.
