Job Overview

Duties
- Collaborate with partners on all phases of litigation, including investigations, case reporting, and trial preparation.
- Independently manage a caseload from inception to resolution.
- Conduct depositions and handle court appearances regularly.
- Lead client communications and provide meaningful updates.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of general litigation experience.
- Extensive experience in depositions, motion writing, and discovery.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to interact directly with clients and develop client relationships.
- Must be in good standing with the LA and TX State Bar.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
