Location:

• Pasadena, California

Duties:

• Provide legal support and representation to a diverse client base, including corporations and municipalities

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and strategic advice

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and reports

• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses

• Advise clients on litigation strategy and potential business/legal risks

• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration as needed

• Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation and appearances

• Ensure compliance with legal standards, court deadlines, and firm procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation defense

• Experience managing litigation files from inception to resolution

• Proven ability to draft complex motions and legal memoranda

• Courtroom experience, including oral argument and deposition work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required)
