Mid to senior-level IP Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Mountain View is currently seeking a Mid to senior-level IP Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal writing skills, a background in electrical engineering and/or computer science, and be willing to travel for court appearances. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP cases.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.

Certifications:

Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
