Duties

• Establish various Irish fund structures across diverse investment strategies, including ETFs, UCITS, and Private Funds.
• Advise on UCITS Management Company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager authorizations.
• Support clients with regulatory requirements in their asset management activities.

Requirements

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England and Wales, or another common law jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years post-qualification experience in establishing Irish Fund structures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player attitude.

Education

• Excellent academic background.

Certifications

• Qualified solicitor certification.
