Billing Coordinator

Duties: Executes complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiple discounts by matter, split-party billing, and preparation of electronic bills). Works with Client Intake Department to ensure billing guidelines are being followed in initial client and mater system setup. Reviews and edits prebills per proper attorney instruction. Maintains and ensures compliance with billing guidelines and billing arrangements. Partners with attorneys to coordinate proper resolution to issues related to billing, WIP, and client concerns. Monitors and resolves all rejection and transmission issues while maintaining client specific billing processes and procedures related to electronic bills. Fulfills client requests for additional or supporting documentation as required Submits all electronic invoices in a timely and appropriate manner.
