Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Proficiency in handling complex commercial insurance disputes.
• Demonstrated experience in factual investigations, discovery, depositions, and mediation.
• Strong capability to communicate directly with clients and attorneys.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Florida State Bar.
