Duties

• Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trial preparations.
• Provide updates to clients and prepare for trials.
• Report directly to a partner and manage own cases.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in California.
• 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Experience in rideshare and UM/UIM defense preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of California license.

Skills

• Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.
