A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle insurance coverage disputes and advise clients on insurance matters.

Duties:

• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions and memoranda.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and negotiations.
• Advise clients on risk management and insurance strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on case strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
• 1-6 years of experience practicing insurance law, preferably focusing on coverage matters.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications (preferred but not required):

• Certification in Insurance Coverage or related field.
