Duties

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their needs.
• Conduct client consultations and explain legal options and implications.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely client files and documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Stay current on changes in estate planning, probate, and tax law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in TX.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate (preferred).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in TX.
