Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on immigration-related issues.
• Draft, review, and file immigration petitions and applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, employers, and individuals to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for complex immigration cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on case progress.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for client service and proactive approach to legal issues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
• Certification from relevant immigration law organizations is a plus.

Skills:
