Duties:

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment-related matters.
• Represent clients in a variety of legal settings, including:
  • Employment contract negotiations
  • Individual termination cases
  • Nationwide class actions
  • Whistleblower actions
• Defend depositions and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Maintain direct client communication, ensuring regular updates and case progress transparency.
• Manage diverse and complex case files effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and execute litigation plans.

Requirements:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills.
• Proficiency in case management and organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Employment law experience is preferred but not required.
• Litigation experience is essential.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
