Duties

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft motions and manage discovery processes.
• Serve as lead counsel for commercial and institutional banking clients.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel.
• Manage complex caseloads independently.
• Lead discovery efforts and coordinate trial preparation.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of litigation experience with independent case management skills.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York State.
• Strong command of litigation strategy and courtroom procedure.
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Experience in appellate, creditors' rights, family law, or labor & employment law is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
