Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands.
• Conduct legal research and take depositions.
• Appear in court and interact with clients, court staff, and adversaries.
• Handle cases involving employment and labor law, business disputes, and general civil litigation.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in New York.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in matters involving employment and labor law, business disputes, real property, contract disputes, and other general civil and commercial litigation is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
