Duties

• Draft legal pleadings, memoranda, and discovery documents with minimal oversight.
• Take and defend depositions; advocate for clients in motions and trials.
• Support litigation team members and interact directly with clients.
• Lead case strategy and contribute to practice-area development.
• Pursue individual business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent legal judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
