Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Junior Associate for its Portland, OR office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in complex litigation and possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Membership in, or willingness to join, the Oregon and/or Washington Bar is required.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis for complex litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation.
• Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation.
• Member of or willingness to take the Oregon and/or Washington Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Oregon and/or Washington preferred.
