Duties

• Provide employment law advice and counsel to clients.
• Engage in employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions.
• Handle PAGA litigation, if applicable.
• Deliver superior client service and maintain high professional standards.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Three or more years of experience in employment law.
• Strong academic performance from an ABA-approved law school.
• Dedication to excellence in the practice of law.
• Passion for practicing exclusively in employment law.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
