Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Georgia with no prior discipline or disbarment.
• Knowledge of Georgia family laws and procedures.
• Familiarity with metro Atlanta family law judges or willingness to learn.
• Trial experience in divorce and child custody cases preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage deadlines proactively.
• Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, with the ability to learn new systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
