Intake Specialist
The candidate will conduct in-depth in-person, virtual, and telephonic meetings with potential new clients to perform a needs analysis. Onboard new clients. Manage the lead and referral lists and track conversion in CRM. Produce weekly lead conversion reports for review with the Owner. Employ pre- and post-engagement glide path. Find, schedule, and participate in networking activities on behalf of the Firm. Work with the Marketing Assistant to plan networking activities for the staff and Owner. Manage client feedback and reviews. Build and maintain relations with potential referral sources. Must have sales experience and sales training; be willing to travel for periodic sales training; be willing to make available to make and receive calls on the weekends and after regular business hours if a lead comes. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Should be organized about tracking, taking notes, following up, and analyzing where a person is in their life, where they want to get to, and whether our firm is the one who can help get them there.
