Duties

• Prepare easement agreements and declarations of restrictive covenants.
• Negotiate loan documents for construction and permanent financing.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
