Duties

• Lead the estate planning and probate practice while supervising the legal support team.

• Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with high-net-worth clientele.
• Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
• Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
