• Support the energy practice by drafting oil, gas, and mineral title opinions as needed.
• Conduct research and provide strategic advice on various legal issues.
• Participate in client calls to address business challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Engage in networking and business development to grow personal practice.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate transactional law, general business law, or real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective teamwork.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects across various legal disciplines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License; licensure in Ohio or West Virginia is a plus.
