Duties

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in family law practice.
• Experience with court hearings or trials preferred.
• Proficiency in California Family Code and local rules.
• Experience with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and law firm management software preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Active Member of the State Bar of California.
