Duties

• Represent employers in wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment cases.
• Handle class and individual employment matters, including retaliation and leaves of absence.
• Advise on employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements.
• Engage in wage & hour class action and PAGA litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor & employment law.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and initiative to take ownership of work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
