Litigation Paralegal - Insurance Defense

The candidate must have 4+ years of experience handling defense of general negligence claims. Defense litigation experience in the areas of construction litigation and general liability is a strong plus. Should be capable of interfacing with clients with solid work experience and substantial understanding of litigation and trial preparation. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required. Notary Public a plus.
