Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice in San Diego. This non-partnership track position is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Comply with firm policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in a law firm environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of residence, if not California.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities.
