Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters during pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Participate in case evaluations, liability analysis, and strategy development.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and legal guidance.
• Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Supervise and collaborate with litigation assistants and administrative staff.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Adhere to internal procedures and maintain the highest professional standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar (or awaiting bar results).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn personal injury law and develop as a trial attorney.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar (or awaiting bar results).

Skills
