Investment Bank - Structured Products Financial Solutions Group, Director

The candidate will call on the firm clients with Relationship Managers to identify and solve our clients’ financial issues by bundling the banks existing financial products and services. Optimize statutory and regulatory capital, Identifying alternative liquidity pools via off balance sheet conduits, VIEs and Asset Managers, Proposing cross border financing structures via international financing centers and reinsurance subsidiaries, Maximizing credit profiles by using structured notes and credit tranche strategies. Collaborate with other business units within GCIB such as MUSA. Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high performing team and culture Develop Talent: Oversee and promote the development of junior staff SME Relationships: Maintain and strengthen value added relationships with internal the firm Subject Matter Experts including Credit, Accounting and Legal. Work collaboratively with the GCIB Sponsor group and Equity Solutions group. Monitor existing transactions. Strictly adhere to risk management and credit risk management policies and procedures. An undergraduate degree is required. Advanced degree (MS, MBA, CPA, CFA or J.D.) is preferred. Should have 10+ years’ experience in Finance. Experience with financial analysis, reviewing loan agreements & term sheets, and working with Bank products is required. Experience structuring financial solutions is required.
