The candidate will have 3–8 years of commercial litigation experience (including significant motion and trial experience) across a diverse array of practice areas (e.g., finance, securities, intellectual property, real estate, construction, employment). Must possess superior written and oral advocacy skills, demonstrated leadership, a strong academic pedigree, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Experience working with closely held businesses and strong ties to the Valley is preferred. Must be active members of, and in good standing with, the State Bar of Arizona.
