Duties

• Manage mortgage foreclosure and collections cases.

Requirements

• 20 years of experience in creditors rights.
• Licensed in state and federal courts.
• Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to client support and judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License.
• Additional state licenses are a plus.
