• Communicate with clients throughout the application and adjudication process, providing timely updates and guidance

• Represent the firm in professional and community forums to enhance visibility and outreach

• Support strategic planning and organizational growth within the immigration practice area

• Maintain high standards of legal service and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong emphasis on business-based immigration

• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience working in a team-oriented legal environment

• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality legal outcomes

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications
