Duties:

• Provide legal support in real estate transactions and corporate financing matters.
• Represent leading financial institutions in both corporate and real estate loan matters.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and other team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate and financing matters.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Offer strategic legal counsel to clients involved in real estate investments, acquisitions, and financing.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Hawaii State Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate or corporate financing law.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Hawaii State Bar.

Skills:

• Real estate law expertise, with an emphasis on financing and loan work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining precision.
