Duties

• Review and draft financial documents.
• Draft pleadings and appear in court.
• Review and manage financial due diligence.

Requirements

• Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license or ability to be admitted within one year of hire.
• Experience in bankruptcy or restructuring matters in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Excellent academic record preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain within one year.
