The candidates should be junior to senior level associates (JD class of 2015-2020) with 3 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Should have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
