This role involves a broad practice exposure, with an emphasis on legal research, drafting, courtroom advocacy, and case development support. Duties:

• Perform in-depth legal research utilizing platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and other legal research tools

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence

• Appear in court to represent clients during hearings, trials, and other proceedings

• Support senior attorneys with case analysis, preparation, and strategic planning

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Manage case files and maintain thorough documentation of legal proceedings and case progress

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law with admission to the State Bar

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and produce high-quality written work

• Strong oral advocacy and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently with attention to detail

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association

Certifications:

• State Bar Admission (Required)
