Duties

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and corporate documents.
• Conduct and manage due diligence processes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to business owners, executives, and investors.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.

Requirements

• J.D. and active license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction; Texas preferred).
• 10+ years of M&A or private equity deal experience.
• Experience handling deals in the $1M-$100M+ range.
• Proven ability to maintain or develop a client base.
• Strong analytical, transactional, and negotiation skills.

Education

• Doctor of Law (JD).

Certifications

• Active law license in good standing.
