This role focuses on helping companies protect and grow their brand value by combating unauthorized sellers, IP infringers, and other online commercial disruptions. Duties

• Collaborate with the enforcement team to develop and manage clients’ seller enforcement strategies.
• Analyze online monitoring data and conduct seller targeting and investigations.
• Assist in intellectual property (IP) enforcement efforts.
• Counsel clients on enforcement options, ongoing efforts, and recommendations.
• Negotiate with online sellers to achieve client goals.
