Duties
- Develop and investigate cases from inception to resolution.

- Participate in trial proceedings when cases go to trial.
Requirements
- 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in federal civil practice.
- Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Active membership in the State Bar of DC.
- Clerkship or substantive civil rights litigation experience is a plus.
- Experience with depositions, summary judgment, and/or trial is preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the State Bar of DC.
