Location:

Duties:

• Manage and handle a variety of litigation matters from start to finish.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive analysis.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Develop legal strategies and manage case preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with team members.
• Support senior attorneys and contribute to the success of the litigation practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to advocate for clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio (active and in good standing).
