Duties

• Draft and prepare legal briefs and pleadings.

• Prepare and argue motions.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Participate in depositions.
• Prepare trial materials and engage in trial proceedings.
• Manage cases independently.
• Handle motion practice, mediations, and depositions.
• Respond to EEOC charges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Civil litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio and/or Kentucky.

Education

• Juris Doctorate Degree.
