Requirements

- Admission to the North Dakota and/or Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility for admission.
- Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Trial experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
