The candidate will assist in preparation of transactional documents, correspondence, disclosure documents and closings. Input attorney time entry and review, prepare and edit client billings. File in document management system. Manage with maximum efficiency multiple attorneys’ practices and document management. Ensure proper setup, management and billing of client files. Manage client intake process. Perform administrative tasks, such as opening files, processing check requests and expense reimbursements, maintaining department charts and records, making travel arrangements, and scheduling appointments. Learn proprietary software or programs that may be in use in the department. High school diploma or a GED degree is required. Experience in a transactional setting is preferred.
