Duties

• Counsel clients through the full project lifecycle, from term sheet to financial close

• Analyze risk structures and provide strategic legal solutions tailored to client objectives

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams across various practice areas to manage multifaceted deals

• Stay current on trends and developments in energy finance and regulatory landscapes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising clients in project finance, particularly in renewable energy sectors

• Proven background in transactions involving debt financing or tax equity structures

• Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently and interface directly with clients

• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
