Duties

Counsel clients through the full project lifecycle, from term sheet to financial close
Analyze risk structures and provide strategic legal solutions tailored to client objectives
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams across various practice areas to manage multifaceted deals
Stay current on trends and developments in energy finance and regulatory landscapes
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience advising clients in project finance, particularly in renewable energy sectors
Proven background in transactions involving debt financing or tax equity structures
Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently and interface directly with clients
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
Certifications
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred or eligibility for prompt admission
