Duties

• Conduct pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.
• Handle policy analysis, EUOs, depositions, and drafting of pleadings and motions.
• Participate in mediations and manage multiple projects.
• Respond effectively to urgent matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of insurance coverage experience.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
