Duties

• Engage in corporate transactions, including entity structuring and governance.
• Analyze and organize complex financial data and tax returns.
• Work with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Participate in federal estate tax planning and international trust planning.
• Collaborate with partners and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar admission.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in M&A deals ranging from $1M-$50M.
• Interest in private client and trust & estate matters.
• Proven organizational and presentation skills.

Education

• J.D. degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation (strongly preferred).

Certifications

• CPA license or strong accounting background (highly valued).
