A leading national law firm is seeking a Health Care Regulatory Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Life Sciences team within the Health Care Transactional & Regulatory practice. This associate will support a broad range of healthcare and life sciences clients on complex regulatory matters, including Medicare and Medicaid compliance, drug pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, advising top-tier clients in a practice recognized nationally for its innovation and depth.

Advise life sciences clients on regulatory matters including:
Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act provisions
340B Drug Pricing Program
Coverage, coding, and reimbursement issues
The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022
Counsel clients on government pricing, market access, and healthcare policy compliance
Draft legal memoranda and client-facing documents addressing complex regulatory issues
Provide strategic input in transactional matters involving healthcare clients
Work collaboratively with cross-functional legal and policy teams
Engage with a diverse client base including pharmaceutical manufacturers, device companies, health systems, and managed care organizations
2–4 years of healthcare regulatory and/or market access experience
Prior experience advising life sciences clients is preferred
Familiarity with key health programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B required
Experience with healthcare fraud and abuse laws, price reporting, or complex coding issues is a plus
Background in private practice, government, or in-house legal roles accepted
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic credentials preferred
Active member in good standing with the bar in the jurisdiction of intended practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
Effective problem-solving with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
