A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing. Large law firm experience is preferred, but boutique firm experience will be considered.

Duties

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
• Handle real estate development and land use matters.
• Oversee zoning and commercial leasing transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to provide effective legal solutions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of real estate law experience.
• Strong oral and research skills.
• Ability to manage small-to-mid sized matters efficiently.
• Member of the Texas or Florida Bar, or willingness to be admitted.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas or Florida preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.
