Job Overview

A law firm seeks an IP Litigation Resource Attorney in Washington, DC. This role focuses on supporting the IP Litigation group by enhancing attorney efficiency and success without direct client billing responsibilities.

Duties

• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments relevant to IP Litigation.
• Develop and assist in preparing client alerts, white papers, and blog posts.
• Create practice resources to enhance knowledge exchange and client interaction.
• Maintain and update archives of work product and know-how.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance branding and market presence.
• Provide information for RFPs and business development opportunities.
• Foster consistency and approach with clients and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills enhancement and training.
• Work with Information Services to develop technology solutions for efficiency.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years in patent litigation and some trade secret litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
