Duties:

• Contribute to strategic legal decisions and creative litigation approaches.

• Engage in active legal research and writing to support case preparation.

• Take on a proactive role in managing multiple complex cases, often in collaboration with senior attorneys.

• Provide consistent and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

• Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and balance a varied workload across multiple cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; New York Bar admission is mandatory.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in complex litigation.

• Judicial clerkship experience is considered a plus.

• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters and collaborate within a team setting.

• Highly proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to handle substantial responsibility and take a leadership role in ongoing cases.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school is required.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
