Duties

• Assist as second chair in custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Prepare clients for hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing.

Education

• Doctorate (Required).

Certifications

• Active North Carolina Bar license.
